Dr. Tej Prakash Soni has done MBBS from JLN Medical College, Ajmer (1996 batch) and MD (Radiation Oncology) From SMS Medical College, Jaipur. He has been trained in advanced radiotherapy techniques at MD Anderson Cancer Centre, Houston Texas (USA) and at Gemelli, Rome (Italy). He secured Runner-up position at National Level Oncology Quiz Competition, Indian Coop. Onco. Network (Icon), March 2007, Jaipur. He has worked as Senior Registrar specialist Radiation Oncology at India's premier and renowned Institutes such as PGIMS, Rohtak and Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai. He has been associated with India’s most advanced cancer hospital like Batra Hospital and Research Centre (New Delhi), Max Saket Hospital (N. Delhi), BLK Supercpeciality Hospital (N.Delhi), Medanta The Medicity (Gurgaon). He has vast experience of latest Radiation Treatment Techniques like IMRT, IGRT, RapidArc, VMAT, SBRT, SRS/SRT, Tomotherapy, Brachytherapy, and Respiratory-Gating. At BLK Super-specialty Hospital and Medanta, The Medicity (Gurgaon), he got the opportunity to work with Cyber-knife. He has attained special course on “Palliative Care and Clinical Research Methodology” at Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai. His special interests include Head and Neck Cancer, Breast Cancer, Gynecological Cancer and Palliatvie Care.
